Heads and Feet

A typical day at Phat Phriday. A little bit of surgical glove nasal inflation headwear.

When I was a kid we all played in black ankle high boots.
Low cut boots were completely revolutionary when they first appeared in the 70's.
The first players to wear white boots were considered lairs, ala Dermott Brereton.
But now, black boots are the odd ones out and footy footwear comes in all the colours of the rainbow, as witnessed at the Clontarf training session the other day.
I've just gotten home from having dinner with Kevin Sheedy (and a couple of hundred other people). It was a good night. I'll post some pictures soon.
