Rats!Spurs are out of the UEFA Cup.
Despite drawing 2-2 tonight they lost to Sevilla 3-4 on aggregate!
Darn it!
Conceding an own goal in the first three minutes didn't help and letting in another goal 5 minutes later virtually killed the game.
To be fair Sevilla played fantastic football and looked the better team, especially in the first half.

to be fair you were unlucky not to clinch it back, there were a couple of good chances missed right at the end. how good was man u's 7-1 annihilation of roma tho?!?!?

I wasn't brought to tears but I was very disappointed. With Sevilla scoring the two goals so early it gave the whole game a feeling of inevitability, it was always going to be "impossible" to score the 4 goals we needed to win.
Such a shame all the silverware is gone! Just gotta hope we qualify for Europe again next season.
Man Utd and Chelsea could very easily play off in both the FA Cup Final and Champions League Final in the space of 4 days! That would be pretty amazing!
